Usual orders take up to 5-10 business days to process.
Individual and Custom orders might take longer 8-15 business days.
If you need your items to be processed faster, please get in touch with us directly.
If any unusual situation occurs you will be contacted by email you provided while placing an order.

We offer Standard or Express delivery options.
How much does it cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when the destination and delivery service are selected.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delivery to USA and EU mainland addresses isn’t subject to customs or import charges but each state and country works differently.
Pay attention If you are based in the UK as customs charges may apply.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 45 days of delivery
We don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- SALE ITEMS – Sale items cannot be refunded.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
We don’t refund custom or personalized orders: special lengths, custom sizes, and colors.
If the color you choose is not in option our drop-box it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
